SITE
The Festival will be held
at a privately owned
campground
just south of Knox, IN, and east of Route 35.
This campground features many amenities: POOL, CAMP STORE, CLUBHOUSE
and LOTS of shade.
A LIMITED number of RV
hook-ups are available. First Reserved, First Get.

It has been our
policy that everyone MUST put in two hours of service as part of
their registration.
However, in the past
years there has been an increasing number of people who do not do
this.
Therefore, to
increase compliance with this policy, those adults who put in their
two hours of service, will receive a rebate of $10.00 cash before
leaving for home.

THE $5.00 "HOLD MY SPACE"
PLAN
Designed for people who won't
know until the last minute whether they will be able to attend our
Fest - and cannot afford to pay an On-Site cost, this plan allows
ADULTS to send in this form with a NON-REFUNDABLE $5.00 fee per
adult and guarantee a gate price of $70.00 per adult and $20.00 per
child instead of the On-Site rate of $85.00 per adult and $27.50 per
child.

over-night camping so that you can enjoy the Main Ritual, bon-fire,

THE FAMILY PLAN
Several years ago our PAN
PAGAN FESTIVAL was dubbed "the Mom and Pop Fest" because of our
encouragement of families to attend. In keeping with that concept -
and in the realization that Pagan Families and Pagan Children ARE
our future, the Midwest Pagan Council is pleased to present the
FAMILY PLAN. The FAMILY PLAN is a flat fee registration covering a
couple and ALL of their children under 14 years of age. For couples
with children ages 14 and older there is an additional charge of
$15.00 each child.
Pre-Registration: The FAMILY PLAN rate is $160.00*
(By comparison, a couple
with two children under 14 pre-registered would normally cost
$180.00 and each additional child between the ages of 5 and 14 saves
you another $20 and each child over 14 saves you $55.)
ON-SITE REGISTRATION:
The FAMILY PLAN rate is a flat $195.00*
(By comparison, a couple
with two children under 14 registered on-site would normally cost
$225.00.)
Every additional child, of
course, increases the savings realized!
* There is only one $10
rebate available on the Family Plan: if one of the two adults work
a 2 hour service shift.
The Midwest Pagan Council hopes that the FAMILY PLAN will allow
Pagan Families to afford to attend our Festival AS FAMILIES and
share its Joy and Love TOGETHER!

All participants - including Program Presenters - must pay the
registration fee.
All participants - except
Program Presenters - are required to do TWO HOURS of service on
site.
You must sign up for your
hours when you check in. After completion of your hours of service,
you will be eligible for your $10.00 rebate.
Upon receipt of your
registration a map to the site and a confirmation letter will be
sent to you.
If you plan to arrive
early/stay late, the cost* is $4 per adult/$2 per child/per night,
payable to the M.P.C.
*We do ask that about 10
people come a day or two early or stay over Sunday night to help
put up and tear down the site.
Those helping with set-up or
tear-down get the extra nights camping free. Please
indicate on your registration form if you will be coming early or
staying late to help.

RITUALS
All are invited and
encouraged to join in the many and varied rituals including:
* OPENING RITUAL,
Wednesday Afternoon
* MAIN RITUAL, Saturday
Evening
* CLOSING RITUAL, Sunday
Mid-day
Spontaneous rituals are
welcomed at any workshop area not being used.
Or if you would like to plan a ritual in advance,
please submit a
Program Presentation form.

FEAST
The Council will provide
their Traditional Saturday Evening Feast.
(Vegetarian fare, prepared
by Vegetarians, is available.
Each person is responsible for their other food needs.
There is a camp-store and
a full grocery store about 25 minutes from the camp.

Merchants ARE welcome at the Fest, but are limited to 14 and must
sell from our 'Merchants Row'. |

Merchants DO need to supply their own table/display and BRING
SHADE SHELTER.
The area has NO electric, so plan accordingly. |

There is
NO FEE for to be a merchant, but we do ask a donation of one item
for our Auction. |
 |
Merchant spaces are
limited, so those who pre-register will be saved spaces.

All others are first
come-first served.

so we can list you in the
Program Book and save you a space. |

LODGING
If you prefer not to 'rough it',
there are several motels about 10-15 miles away.
You must make your own arrangements and you must still pay the
FULL registration fee.

Children's sizes - are being offered at a special rate to thank you
for Pre-registering.
(Limit of one for each fully-paid Pre-Registration.)

The on-site cost of purchasing T-Shirts is significantly higher and
they are sold on a first-come first-get basis. When they're gone,

FINAL NOTES
Parents are responsible for the
needs of their own small children!
Failure to do so
WILL shorten your stay.
Those bringing Pets MUST keep them leashed as ALL
TIMES and clean up after
them!!!
No illegal substances are allowed on site.
Drinking by minors
IS cause for
your stay to be ended.
