We're trying
something new this year... Online Registration.
This option allows
you to get the pre-registration rates and pay for it as you wish - echeck
from your checking account or via credit card.
You will still
need to fill out the registration form and send it in so that we have all of
the legal stuff taken care of.
This option will
only be available during the Pre-Registration period.

By selecting to
register online you agree to the Liability Waiver to the left and to
complete the registration form and return it to The Midwest Pagan Council.
You will not receive your confirmation letter until we receive your
registration form with a copy of your PayPal payment confirmation.
In order to ensure proper credit please indicate the same email address
on your registration form as on your PayPal payment. |
Liability
Waiver: By selecting to register online all registrants understand
that while all reasonable precautions are taken, it is possible to be
injured in a number of ways at this gathering and they agree to defend,
indemnify and hold harmless the Midwest Pagan Council, Inc., its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers and agents from any
and all claims or demands including, but not limited to attorney's fees made
by any third party due to or arising out of attendance at and/or
participation in this event. |
